The harness i found at oreilly that fits has 3 wires mine has 2. Harness in order for the oem alternator plug to fit the socket on the alternator. Each has a female spade connector on both ends. So now i am pretty confused as this should not have happened. Are the three pin and two pin connector alternators. Does alternator work if you don't plug in voltage regulator connector.
